What do I need to use CadrerAI?
An iPhone with iOS 26 or later, or Apple Vision Pro with visionOS 26 or later. Apple Vision Pro has no camera for apps, so there CadrerAI works with the photos and videos you import.
What’s free, and what comes with Pro?
The free plan includes 3 AI photo reviews a day, the basic guide, 6 solo poses, JPEG and HEIF capture, and AR 3 times a day.
CadrerAI Pro removes the limits: unlimited AI photo reviews, the full step-by-step guide, every pose including couples and groups, unlimited AR and the 3D mannequin, RAW capture, Learn My Style and the Live Pose Coach. Pro costs €9.99 a month, or €59.99 a year with a 7-day free trial. See pricing.
How does the free trial work?
The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it turns into a yearly subscription at €59.99, charged to your Apple Account. The App Store shows the price for your country before you confirm.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
In CadrerAI, open Settings › CadrerAI Pro › Manage Subscription. Or on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. Apple’s guide: Cancel a subscription from Apple.
I already bought Pro. How do I get it back on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open the Pro screen in CadrerAI and tap Restore Purchases. If a family organizer has to approve the purchase (Ask to Buy), Pro unlocks as soon as it’s approved.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
CadrerAI can’t use the camera.
If you didn’t allow camera access the first time, open the iPhone Settings app, go to Apps › CadrerAI and turn on Camera. Camera frames are analyzed on your device and never uploaded.
My photos aren’t saved to the Photos app.
CadrerAI only adds photos to your library; it can’t see the rest of it. Check that saving to Photos is on in CadrerAI Settings › Capture, then in the iPhone Settings app, go to Apps › CadrerAI › Photos and choose Add Photos Only (or Full Access).
How do I delete my data?
Your session history stays on your device. Delete it in CadrerAI Settings › Privacy › Delete Session History (photos in your library are not affected). “Help Improve Cadrer” is off unless you turn it on; in Settings › Help Improve Cadrer you can turn it off and ask us to delete everything sent from your install. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Which languages does CadrerAI speak?
English, Persian, Portuguese, Spanish, German, French, Arabic, Turkish, Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese. Change it in CadrerAI Settings › Language.
